    Keep the system operable by the smallest competent team. Biggest risk is invisible complexity creeping in. If volume is spiky, budget for burst capacity explicitly.

    Ignore shiny features until you validate ROI. Counterpoint based on what stuck in reality. Design the rollout so rollback takes minutes, not hours.
