Is embedded insurance still growing in 2025?

    Ship small and often to limit blast radius. Keep the system operable by the smallest competent team. Biggest risk is invisible complexity creeping in.

    Quick checklist that saved us time. Rotate credentials on a calendar, not only after incidents. Use feature flags generously for safe tests.

    We phased traffic: 5% → 25% → 60% → 100% to de-risk. Bias toward tools the team can actually operate. Quick lesson from a compliance-heavy integration.
