    Small anecdote that might help. Rotate credentials on a calendar, not only after incidents. The real cost driver was reprocessing, not inference.

    Two cents after running this through prod traffic. Legal sign-off took three weeks; budget that into your plan. Benchmarks lie; production traffic tells the story.
